Kain Na Tayo!

Let's eat!

I thought I'd start a food blog. One of my friends suggested this upon reading about my yoga practice. Since joining Facebook a few years ago, it has become a "tradition" for me to share my kitchen experiences especially at Christmas time. Friends have asked for recipes, which have no problem with sharing. No recipe is too treasured to be kept a secret. If something is very good to eat and share, why keep it a secret? What a shame it would be if the recipe dies with the cook!
